To start the return process for your order, please enter your registered email address and the order id ( starts from TB#) as mentioned in your order confirmation email below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order ID and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved 

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • They should be unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with tags intact

 

What items are non- returnable/exchangeable ?

  • Items on Sale or promotions
  • Free items
  • Items already returned/exchanged against the gift card/credits
  • discontinued items

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide reverse pickups.
  • Incase of defective product / wrong product received,it is mandatory to upload the images of the product received highlighting the defective area

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund upon quality inspection along with all the details.

  • All return/refund/exchange requests are processed as per our return/refund/exchange policy respectively.
