To start the return process for your order, please enter your registered email address and the order id ( starts from TB#) as mentioned in your order confirmation email below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order ID and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- They should be unwashed and unworn.
- In the original packaging with tags intact
What items are non- returnable/exchangeable ?
Items on Sale or promotions
Items already returned/exchanged against the gift card/credits
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- We do not provide reverse pickups.
- Incase of defective product / wrong product received,it is mandatory to upload the images of the product received highlighting the defective area
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund upon quality inspection along with all the details.
- All return/refund/exchange requests are processed as per our return/refund/exchange policy respectively.
