  • If in case, you are unable to raise the return request on the portal, we request you to get in touch by sending us an email to :- or connecting with our support team via whatsapp ( click here ) within seven days (during operational hours) of receiving your order. 

  • In the subject of the email please mention

  1. "Return Request for order < insert your order ID here > along with your full name"
  2. Please mention the reason for the return request in the email.
  3. Please attach the image of the product along with the email 
  • In case of any incorrect/defective order received, please share the image of the products received along with original outer packaging within seven days of receiving the order by highlighting the area of defect.

  • In case of any missing item/shortage or entire order not received (However it has been marked delivered by the courier partner), you are requested to get in touch with the team immediately either via email support ( ) or via chat support ( WhatsApp :- +919910790125) within three working days of order been marked delivered in the tracking ID. Any request claimed after three working days of order been marked delivered will not be approved


Trenbee will accept Return of an item only Under Two cases 

A. Manufacturing Defects:

  • Trenbee will accept returns of items only under two cases, the first being manufacturing defects.
  • Customers are requested to inspect their products thoroughly upon receiving them. If any defects are noticed, customers must reach out to our support team ( get in touch by sending us an email to:- or connecting with our support team via whatsapp  click here  )
    with proper images within 7 working days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
  • Any defect claimed after seven working days of receiving the product will not be approved.
  • Only after receiving the return shipment, we will inspect and initiate the replacement process.
  • The tags on the product should be intact for the return to be accepted.

B. Not Satisfied with Your Purchase:

  • If customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they can request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving the order.

  • Hassle-free reverse pickups are available at an additional cost to be paid upfront for each product. After booking the pickup, customers should hand over the product in its original packaging with the invoice to the delivery representative.
  • The items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Non-returnable categories include items on sale, free items, items already exchanged or returned against gift cards, swimwear, shapewear, tights, and bodysuits.

Process of Order Return:

  • Customers can raise return requests through our website or by emailing with the subject line "Return Against Store Credits," along with the date of delivery.
  • The support team will review the request within 24 working hours.
  • Once the pickup is completed, it takes 7-10 working days for the shipment to reach our warehouse. Upon receiving the product, customers will receive a notification via email, and store credits in the form of a gift card will be issued, excluding COD charges, irrespective of the payment mode.
  • These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website within 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Upon examination, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, without stains, scratches, tears, or rips.
  • Customers can also opt for self-fulfillment of returns, in which case they should contact our team for further assistance.

Only One-time exchange is available


    • We're here to assist you! However, please note that once an exchange request has been processed for an order, further return requests for that order cannot be accommodated.
    • We strive to address your queries promptly within 24 to 48 working hours, except on special days or holidays. Don't hesitate to reach out to us directly via chat or email support during our working hours: 11am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
    • Every return/exchange request undergoes a meticulous inspection and validation process by our dedicated Quality Team.
    • If you encounter any defects or find items missing, kindly inform us within three days of delivery. Attach clear images of the product defect or area and include your order ID for swift assistance.
    • Please allow us 48-72 hours to conduct internal checks. Upon qualification, we'll swiftly approve the return/exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.
    • At Trenbee, we prioritize a positive and respectful customer experience. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline return/refund/exchange requests in cases of fraud, return abuse, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards our team.
    • We value the well-being of our team members. Any misconduct or misbehavior towards our customer support representatives will result in appropriate actions being taken.
    • To ensure fairness, damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application do not fall under our Return Policy.
    • Prioritize accuracy! Please refer to the size guide and product material specifications when placing your order. Rest assured, our products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch.
    • While we endeavor to accommodate your needs, returns, refunds, or replacements are only accepted under specific conditions outlined above.
    • For size or color exchanges, please refer to our dedicated exchange policy 
    • Please note that all return or exchange requests must be processed through our return portal. Unfortunately, we do not provide customer care contact numbers for these matters.
    • Remember, TRENBEE reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the specified conditions. We're committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you!



  • At Trenbee, we value your convenience and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are applicable only for online payments. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer a coupon code or gift voucher, which can be utilized for future purchases within one year of code/voucher issuance.
  • Orders returned under the 'Not Satisfied with Your Purchase' category will receive store credits in the form of a gift card. These credits, excluding COD charges, are equivalent to the amount of the exchanged piece and can be redeemed for future purchases within one year from the date of issuance.
All Refunds in case of return will be initiated within the stipulated time period only if all the conditions mentioned in the return policy are met

We do not provide any returns or exchange on any of the order unless the product received is fully damaged or faulty.
