SHIPPING POLICY ( INDIA)

We offer free shipping on all orders.No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders.

Please note :- Additional charges for  Cash on delivery payment method are applicable at the time of checkout.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

  • When shipping to multiple locations, each individual shipment is subject to the same calculations.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. TRENBEE takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • In case of any missing item/shortage or entire order not received (However it has been marked delivered by the courier partner), you are requested to get in touch with the team immediately either via email support ( support@trenbee.com ) or via chat support ( WhatsApp :- +919910790125) within three working days of order been marked delivered in the tracking ID. Any request claimed after three working days of order been marked delivered will not be approved
  • Failure to accept the parcel at the first delivery attempt will lead to additional shipping charges ( INR 100/-) has to be paid for getting the parcel delivered again.
  • TRENBEE is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • Only authorized and verified purchases will be processed and shipped.
  • It is advised to respond to COD Order verification seriously. Failure to accept/answer or verify your credentials at time of order verification call placed by the staff will lead to order dismissal or cancellations without notice. We make three attempts for the same followed by a text message.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized purchase, product availability ,not serviceable zone, altered or invalid verification or ineligible use of resources 
  • Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.
  • Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at the time of placing the order. No new/alternate/change of address at any time of delivery/return/exchange will be accepted
  • Coupon codes are clearly visible through all channels. No order cancellation or reimbursement of the discounted value will be accepted after the order is placed
SHIPPING DURATION AFTER THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED

Orders placed via prepaid payment methods are delivered within :

  • 4-5 working days for all over India except  for special zones ( Jammu and Kashmir,Assam,meghalaya,manipur etc ) 

Orders placed via Cash on delivery payment method are delivered within:

  • 6-7 working days for all over India except  for special zones ( Jammu and Kashmir,Assam,meghalaya,manipur etc ) 

please note :-

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in New Delhi
  • We take 24-48 hours to dispatch the orders to ensure faultless dispatching ( this may not be applicable to all the products, the estimated date of delivery is mentioned on every product page )
  • We may take upto 3-4 working days to ship the orders for the products under Sale Category 
  • Orders will be shipped via domestic courier services Monday - Friday, except on Major Holidays.
  • We do not take urgent deliveries/bookings

  • The shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout however, that the terms of delivery to international locations are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by local authorities in your location.

Cancellation policy ( INDIA)

  • We offer complete cancellation on COD orders within 24 hours of order booking.
  • For all prepaid orders, there is no order cancellation allowed once the order is placed. You may contact our team within 4 hours of order booking to change the product/size/color of the product ordered via email at support@trenbee.com / Whatsapp at +919910790125
  • It is strictly advised to contact our customer care team within 24 hours( for COD orders)  and 4 hours (prepaid orders) of order booking for any assistance. No actions are guaranteed once the request window is closed
  • Refusing to accept any COD order at the time of delivery for any uninformed reasons will be covered under COD FRAUD. We at Trenbee ( including all partner websites ) reserve the rights to dismiss any future COD services on the aforementioned fraudulent address under all circumstances and ban COD payment mode on the same. Kindly contact our customer care team for further information
